All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

United States:
7–12 business days

International Orders:
10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.

From time to time, Detailers Paradise may offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Detailers Paradise is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Detailers Paradise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier for assistance.
